Realtor Valerie LaBoy enjoys helping sellers get the most return on their real estate investment, and helping buyers get the most for their money.
Two factors are key in real estate — marketing and finance. Valerie holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance from Seton Hall University. She also has more than 40 years of marketing experience.
“Real estate is a lot of fun for me, and I love working with owners to sell their homes!,” says Valerie. Most of her listings go under contract in a week or less. In fact two were under contract in 24 hours.
Valerie is recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a Seller’s Representative Specialist. She is a skilled negotiator and has specialized training in working with senior citizens and their families.
Valerie is an accomplished public speaker, has lectured at colleges in the Northeast on ethics in business, and has taught classes on business startup. She regularly gives community talks about the special needs of Seniors, preparing a home for sale, and making informed buying decisions.
Valerie and her husband are golfers and share their North Port home with two dogs. Her grown son lives in the Midwest.
